Brian Gavin and Lesley Harris “Rock Customer’s World” with a Magnificent Scattered Diamond Band...

Recently a customer sent us her half carat total weight platinum channel set band that she wanted us to unmount and to create something with the diamonds. She decided that the diamonds would make a nice scattered band. She had always loved the Tiffany Etoile bands and I told her that I had a scattered band made from diamonds that were from Brian's grandmother. Once we had received her channel set band, we told her that we could take her 4 pointers and make the band with the stones. She was so excited! She spoke with Brian directly about what mm size band to use and told him whatever he suggested would work for her. He said a 5mm width would work well and told her to get sized for a 5mm comfort fit band. The customer's diamonds were carefully set into the 18 karat white gold comfort fit band and the piece was shipped off in less than a week. This is what the customer e-mailed us when she received the ring:
