32. Respectful Conduct
You agree to engage with Brian Gavin Diamonds' staff in a courteous and respectful manner at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, restrict communication, or refuse future business if you engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or profane behavior toward any member of our team. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, hate speech, personal attacks, or any language or conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful by our staff or management.
