  • The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
  • The visitor browses our site, and may decide to order.
  • If the visitor orders (the order need not be placed during the same browser session--cookies and IPs are stored indefinitely), the order will be registered as a sale for you.
  • We will review and approve the sale.
  • You will receive commission payouts on the 15th of every month, 45 days after the end of the month of which they were earned (if your balance is at least $200) via PayPal or Bankwire.

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

  • All participants must have a PayPal account (in order to receive payouts).
  • All participants in the US must enter a US Social Security or Taxpayer ID number. International customers simply enter "International" in this field.
  • You may NOT receive credit for referring yourself.

Participants caught violating or attempting to circumvent these rules will have all affiliate credit voided and will not receive payouts. Additionally, they will be banned from further participation in our affiliate program.

1. What do I need to become an affiliate?

Nothing! Except for your desire to be an affiliate.

You don't even need a website (although having your own website helps). You can promote our product via search engines, postings in internet forums, tweeting, posting links on facebook, LinkedIn, recording videos, or by simply emailing all your friends and people you know with your affiliate link to our website/products.

All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called an 'affiliate link'), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will get commission.

2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?

The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software used by thousands of Internet merchants and affiliates world-wide. Post Affiliate Pro uses a combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account for up to 7%** of every sale we make. This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.

3. How is the payment handled?

You can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal or Bank Wire. Our minimum payout value is $200. Payments are issued in US dollars, and are paid once a month, 45 days after the end of the month of which they were earned. For example commissions earned during the month of January will be paid out on March 15th.

1. Introduction.

The Brian Gavin Diamonds Affiliate Program Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the Brian Gavin Diamonds Affiliate Program. Defined terms in this Agreement are as follows: (a) "we" or "us" or "our" shall mean Brian Gavin Diamonds; (b) "you" or "your" shall refer to the applicant for participation in the Affiliate Program, and, upon acceptance of your application, the Affiliate; (c) "our website" refers to BrianGavinDiamonds.com; (d) "your website" shall mean the website from which you link to our Web site; (e) "Affiliate" refers to a member of our Affiliate Program; (f)"Affiliate Site" shall mean an Affiliate website that is an Affiliate of Brian Gavin Diamonds; (g)"User" shall mean a customer who links from your website to our website; (h) "Products" shall mean any merchandise for sale by us and does not include items offered for sale by third parties; (h) "Affiliate Site" shall mean an Affiliate website that is an Affiliate of Brian Gavin Diamonds; and (i) "Link" or "Links" shall refer to any advertisements, buttons, and all other links that are direct links to any page on BrianGavinDiamonds.com.

2. Program Enrollment.

To participate in the Brian Gavin Diamonds Affiliate Program, you must complete the Brian Gavin Diamonds Online Application and accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon completion of your application and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, you will be notified by us shortly whether or not we have accepted you as an Affiliate.

3. Approval Guidelines.

We reserve the right to reject any application that we find objectionable. If we temporarily reject your application, you may reapply to be an Affiliate at any time. If we permanently reject your application, you may not reapply to the program. We reserve the right to terminate an agreement with an Affiliate at any time. Any affiliate using coupons or promoting.
