At the beginning of December we received a request through our Live Help desk about one of our 2 carat Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows diamonds. The customer had been reading all about Brian on Pricescope and had decided that she only wanted her engagement diamond and setting from him. She called in after the Live Help session was over and had an exciting discussion with Brian. The next morning her boyfriend called in and said that all she could talk about was her Brian Gavin diamond and he asked for more information. He took a day or two to digest the information and then called over the weekend to finalize the purchase.
