Customer Thrilled with her X-Prong Princess Cut Diamond Reset by Brian Gavin…

At the end of June we were contacted by a customer who was very unhappy with her engagement ring – a princess cut diamond set into a trellis style solitaire. She really wanted to keep the same style of setting but wanted the shank to curve more as it reached up to the head and she wanted the prongs to be more fluid. We e-mailed her some quotes and in August she was finally ready to ship her diamond ring in for its reset. She had originally requested v-tip prongs but in order to continue the fluid lines right through to the tips of the prongs, we decided to finish them as fine claw type prongs.

On receiving her new ring she was eager to share her experience with everyone and she e-mailed us the following:

Hi Lesley, I just picked up the package this morning. After seeing the picture you emailed me I couldn't wait! The ring is amazing.
