From Singapore to Australia , Brian Gavin Continues to Thrill His International Customers…
- Dear Lesley, Finally after being held more than 1 day in Singapore, the ring was shipped to us yesterday. Both of us have held our breath and anxiously waiting for it, and it is definitely worth the extra wait. It is gorgeous with the right amount of "bling" and substantial, classic and at the same time modern as we expected. We love it so much the moment we saw it after impatiently going though all the layers of the package, and I can't resist the urge of trying it again and again on my finger just to feel the smooth feeling of the comfort fit ring, and hold it out to the light to see how sparkling it is (although to be honest I wish I had gone for a little bit more carat weight for the diamonds, but anyway, how much is enough, so I'm just being greedy indeed…) I can't wait until our actual wedding day, which is end of November (!!) to be able to officially wear it without Andrew always trying to take it away from me and lock it somewhere I cannot find. Once again thank you all very much for the pleasant experience of working with you, and the beautiful product. Although it was mainly my fiance who had communicated with you, I had always closely followed all the conversations, and admired your customer service. Due to drastic timing difference between the US and Singapore, sometime we did send you email at wee time in US, and we was really taken aback when we received your immediate reply no matter when we sent email, and we really appreciate your effort to make communication between us smooth and easy, which made the ring making process being incredibly fast. - Hi Lesley and team, So sorry it has taken me a while to reply, I had to wait until Matt presented me with my engagement ring and we have been so busy.Firstly, thank you so much for the beautiful ring you have created for me. I must say, it was a little thicker than I was expecting, but after wearing it for about five seconds I was absolutely in love. It is perfectly proportioned and 'leaving it to the experts' worked very much in our favour! I was so excited to see it is now up on your website as a regular setting, how lovely! I hope others enjoy it as much as we do. The stones are absolutely amazing. In fact, they are a hazard. I must stop admiring whilst driving! I have received so many lovely compliments and have caught more than a few people staring as I walk past in the street, it definitely gets the attention it deserves. Even my fiance, who didn't quite appreciate the significance of a beautiful engagement ring before we started out is said he is very happy we went with Brian Gavin Diamonds and often asks me to sparkle it at him again and again. He is rather chuffed! Secondly, living in Australia, we were somewhat concerned about making such a large purchase over the internet, but couldn't be happier with the beautiful diamonds and settings and the relative ease of putting together a custom setting. - Dear Jamie, Lesley and Brian,Well, my ring arrived yesterday, and it is just amazing!! I can't stop looking at it!! It is just the most beautiful diamond, and with the fine setting of the claws and the narrow band, the diamond appears to just float. I can't begin to tell you exactly how thrilled I am with it. The whole process was so easy and stress free, especially with me being in Australia, and the advice I received was fantastic and reassuring so thank you!! I'm already thinking about what I can get next…a new wedding band perhaps!! In time I'm sure. I've attached a few photos for you of the ring with my 'current' wedding band.
