Lesley, Josh and I picked up the diamond today after work and took it with us to dinner. It's simply beautiful! We had some interesting lighting in the restaurant, and I had brought my aunt's old engagement ring to see how they compared. Your stone made my aunt's look pretty sad. 🙂 I've spent the last hour looking at it in different lighting and am just amazed. Josh commented on how much prettier it was than the stones of his female coworkers (stones much larger than this one) and enjoyed looking at it through the H&A viewer. I am going to have a hard time giving it back to him when he takes it to be set. We've looked at diamonds in stores, and some were nice, but this one blows the others we've seen away. Thank you so much for the wonderful diamond as well as your attentive, stellar service. I can imagine how busy it must be for you at this time of year, with customers commissioning much larger projects. I have been very impressed with how smooth and positive this experience was. My parents are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, and are planning on upgrading my mom's ring, and I have already recommended they come to you. Hi Lesley, I picked the ring up yesterday and I am so pleased. It is simply beautiful. The Jurica setting is classical and elegant and I know Donna will love it. I thought the .92 center stone might be too small, but it looks great and very proportional. Not sure when I will propose (Christmas or New Years), but will let you know Donna's reaction when I do. Lesley, I finally acquired the package from Allison today after much anticipation. I waited until I returned to my house to open it under appropriate lighting, and I was absolutely stunned by the ring! I cannot imagine a diamond having superior radiance and fire to Brian's cut, everything else seems dull in comparison. The setting is perfect as well, I was quite impressed by the polish on the platinum and the design is flawless. Although I had the pleasure of selecting the diamond and model cast in person this summer, the effect of the ring in final form is truly incredible. You were certainly right when you said that I'd have a difficult time waiting to give the ring to my girlfriend once I saw it! Lesley, I finally was allowed to see the ring and it's magical!! It's just perfect. You and Brian are excellent =) A friend of my also peeked at the ring and she thought it was at least 1.5!! It looks much bigger than it really is and the sparkles are blinding. I am very pleased and very excited to show my friends and family. Lesley, I proposed to Ashley Thursday evening after the Thanksgiving chaos had wound down. She accepted and of course loves the ring.
