Nick contacted us from Afghanistan at the beginning of July:

I am looking to have a custom engagement ring made. I have seen several of your designs and they are perfect… My girlfriend and I have talked about an engagement and she originally started with a local jeweler in Savannah, GA about two months ago. However, they have not done much and have not returned calls or emails for a couple weeks. I originally found your website when searching for "split shank", "double halo". One of Brian Gavin's custom rings showed up and I have to say I was struck by the flawlessness and perfection of the ring, which leads me to you now.

Katie got to work immediately to identify a diamond and sourced a beautiful GIA certified cushion cut diamond for Nick. We then proceeded to create the setting and emailed the CAD renderings for approval. The setting was cast and set with F/G VS Brian Gavin Signature diamond melee and the cushion cut center stone.

I wanted to send you an email and let you know I left a review on ivouch for you and BGD. I am still so thankful for all your help and the perfection of your design team. I can't even put into words how perfect and beautiful it is. While I was home, everyone kept staring at it. Casey still gets comments daily, even from complete strangers. She said that her dad still talks about it daily. I know I sent you a picture, but I attached a couple more. I just wanted to share because you all were such a big part in it. PLEASE let Mr. Brian Gavin and the design team know how thankful we are and how their creation is truly a piece of art.

I hope all is well and again, thank you so much. Personally, I just have to say I am so pleased and relieved to deal with a business that is so customer oriented and most of all helpful. I love my country to death, but I have noticed over the past couple years, that many businesses seem not to care anymore. I've bought a lot of stuff for my vehicle and boat online while I have been in Afghanistan and just trying to deal with people and get a response is almost impossible on its own. You have made it so pleasant and easy. Maybe BGD can expand and consult other companies on how to exceed beyond customer expectations. I'm just amazed.
